Recipe: Fritillariae Sea Coconut Soup - Prepare an apple, 30g dried seabed, 76g dried Sydney, 30g dried lily, 20g Apricot, 4 candied dates, 3g fritillariae, 60g cashew nuts, salt. Wash all the ingredients, remove the core and cut the apple. Add about 3L water. Boil all ingredients over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
