Suggested cooking method:
1. Thaw the black cod, absorb excess water, and marinate with white pepper and Shaoxing wine for 5 minutes.
2. Prepare the sauce, mix and dilute the brown sugar and light soy sauce with 80mL of water.
3. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan, and fry the black cod over high heat for 2 minutes, until both sides are slightly golden.
4. Turn the heat down, and while frying the fish, brush both sides with teriyaki sauce. Repeat this step 5-6 times until the surface is golden brown.
