Twice each month, i.e,the 1st and 16th day of each month for 8:30a.m. to 4:00pm.

  1. Free shipping for local delivery with purchase of HKD 250 and above per order.  HKD 30 will be charged for local delivery if order amount is below HKD 250.
  2. Except Tung Chung town and Park Island, the delivery service do not cover outlying islands in Hong Kong.
  3. Limited delivery service is provided to Discovery Bay, the ordered items will deliver to Central Discovery Bay Pier, please contact the staff of Ferry/Pier in advance to receive the package.
  4. Delivery to Park Island / Ma Wan will incur additional charge of HKD 200.  Additional charge will be collected during delivery and is to be paid by cash only.  Additional charge may subject to change without prior notice.
  5. Local delivery service does not cover tenement buildings, or buildings without lift access. Extra charge will be incurred for above mention buildings.
  6. Local delivery service does not cover goods exchange and return. After receiving the goods, customers should exchange or return within 14 days in our designated stores for our staff to check and process, the goods must be un-used, un-assembled with original packaging.
  7. Yue Hwa Chinese Products Emporium reserves the rights to change or terminate the local delivery service without prior notice.
  8. Yue Hwa Chinese Products Emporium Limited reserves the rights of final decisions to providing the local delivery service.

  9. Store pick-up: Please pick up the goods at the store within 14 days after the delivery notice is sent by the automatic email system of Yue Hwa online store. After 14 days, the order will be deemed to have been abandoned and the payment will not be refunded.

 

International Shipping

We provide International Shipping to different countries over the world.  Duties & Taxes may be applied to certain items per countries' regulations.  For details please visit shipping countries list.

Shipping rates offer from couriers (subjected to availability) will be listed to choose after shipping address is provided during the Check Out process.

Valet sending parcels: customers need to bear the risk of customs detention and loss on the way.
