Processing Method: Soak the sea cucumbers in water for about 2 days depending on their sizes, and change the water at least once per day. Put them in boiling water and boil for about 30 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover the vessel, and allow the water to cool down. Cut them open to remove internal organs and impurities.
Stoage: Place in cool and dry place. If it is to be stored for some time before serving, it should be sealed and place in refrigerator.
